TASA’s work with the OSD-RA demonstrates its ability to partner with its clients to ensure program success. TASA has supported OSD-RA’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program by developing and maintaining an employer web portal (H2H.jobs) to post and recruit veterans for civilian employment. This portal is provided to employers and veterans at no cost; therefore, minimal operation cost and maximum return on investment are the primary objectives for OSD-RA for this project. The achievement of these objectives resulted in former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta recognizing H2H.jobs as one of four programs of record for 2012.
